Applying for a Property

So, you've found the perfect property and would like to move in. Our simple, 3-step process will get you the keys in no time.

Step 1: Submit Your Application

The Simply Lettings Team want to get you moved in as smoothly as possible. First of all, we need you to fill out the application form located a little further down this page. This information will be used to create your tenant profile and identify the people we need to speak to for assessing your suitability.

Please supply as much information as possible as it will speed up the process for you. It will take us a day or two to process the submitted information and complete the suitability checks. If we have any questions, we'll contact you.

Step 2: Signatures & Referencing

Once you've been declared suitable, you'll receive an email from the Simply Lettings Team letting you know we will be proceeding. This will shortly be followed by a copy of the contract, also known as an OC (Occupation Contract).

This will be sent digitally and can be signed via any smartphone, tablet, or computer. When you have finished signing, a Simply Lettings Team member will also sign the document and a completed copy will automatically be sent to you for your files.

Step 3: Moving In

So, your contract is signed and you are ready to move in. We will require you to transfer your first month's rent and deposit at least 1 day before you are due to move.

In most cases, your key set will be placed in a secure key box at the property, or available to collect from our office. The code will be sent to you via text message once confirmation is given that all the admin process is complete and funds have cleared.
